Private Haven iOS Support
Private Haven is an encrypted vault application for iPhone and iPad. It helps users protect application accounts, website credentials, bank card information, private notes, IDs, and other sensitive records.
Basic Setup
- Open Private Haven.
- Create your Vault and set your password.
- Unlock your Vault with your password.
- Add Application, Website, Bank Card, or Private Note records.
- Edit, delete, search, and manage encrypted records as needed.
Password Protection
Your password is required to unlock and decrypt your Vault. It is not stored in plain text.
If the password is forgotten, encrypted Vault contents cannot be recovered by the developer.
CloudKit Synchronization
Private Haven uses Apple CloudKit services to synchronize encrypted Vault data across supported Apple devices.
Vault contents are encrypted before synchronization. Private Haven does not upload decrypted private information to developer servers.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm that your device is connected to the internet when synchronization is required.
- Confirm that you are using the correct password to unlock your Vault.
- Ensure iCloud services are available on your Apple device.
